Another new mould!!! As well as Herpa has already done this one I expect better and wider coverage by Inflight500 who have become the specialists in our scale for classic airplanes. Great news!!!

Herpa has the Comet 4C, this ones a 4B, so it dosent have the wing mounted tanks, and a narrower wing. Should still look good side by side next to the herpa.

Wait a sec. Now that i check my collection i see that herpa's not a BEA, but a BOAC comet 4C.

I do hope that herpa is inspired to keep putting out comets. They only have two so far.

IF500 is expanding at an astonishing rate! If it continues in 2 or 3 years they will have the same, if not more, numbers of molds than Herpa! Glad to see another mold for this jetliner pioneer...would be great to see a Comet I

Thanks for the clarification... I only meant the type in general. However with the slow rate of classic releases at Herpa, I'm very happy Inflight500 brings this, as they'll definitely make better use of their mould! Looking forward to get this!!!

Indeed. This is one of the many forgotten molds that I wish herpa would pull out more often. I'm glad we have inflight to cover herpa's butt when it comes to classic jets. Will definatly have to seek this one out aswell.

Keep em coming.
