Replacement NLG From Herpa
A couple of weeks ago I emailed Herpa and told them that I had bought a model with missing NLG from a private seller and asked if it would be possible for them to send me a replacement.
I had no reply, but today I'm very happy to say I received a replacement plus the latest wings catalogue. Pretty good service from Herpa in my opinion.

Really,is it sent from singapore?mine is sent directly from their base in Germany.
and i ask them not once,but 3 times if i'm not wrong.=).Herpa's service is very excellent! |

Herpa's service can't be praised enough! To my knowledge no other company has such an outstanding service!
You usually can reach them best at wings@herpa.de And the best about this is that the service is free! |
