Anyone bought from here before? Just wondered what they were like to buy from ie do they usually have most things in stock that they have listed? How fast is communication etc? Hope some of you can help. Thanks

Not too bad if you go in there - They dont seem to have any of the stock they have listed on their website though and their customer service isn't that great either. Nowhere near as good as they were 10 years ago

They are more keen if you are spending mega bucks on an expensive large scale model and even then you have to be prepared to wait months to get it made and delivered.

Not bad if you can visit and hope they have what you want. They still have some older models in stock as well. Worth visiting if they have a sale on as well......

But if they do have a sale on you have to be part of the collectors club to get the discount although you dont need to buy many models to recoup it, be aware that when i was a member membership always renewed in January so if you joined in june you only got 6 months membership, i dont know if this is still the case though. I used to be a member but i more or less have most of the models they've got in 1/400th scale now and i more or less go solely to ARD up at Hillingdon. Saying that i still pop in from time to time as its a conveient place to go to the loo!

Ordered a week ago and just got an email back from them,not proceeding with the order as i have managed to get the item i wanted elsewhere. Will be steering clear of them from now on. Shame really
