Not true- we use 1. The phone and 2. MSN Messenger.
I only posted LOADS of posts in HIS thread about the GJ June/ July releases when I was messing around because I never understand his grammar.

I have not been trying to hijack ANY threads and use them as a place for a long conversation. I do admit to post more than once in other threads because I talk a lot and spent way too much time on the computer now my SATs are over.

I am sorry.

However, BME390 posted so many times everywhere because he wanted his user thing to become an RJ Second officer. For some reason today, he emailed to me and said "I'm on strike from Wings900". One of the reasons was because he wanted his number of posts to stay at 100 today. The other reason was probably because he doesn't want to annoy everyone anymore. I try not to annoy anyone aswell but it seems I do without meaning to. I'm not like this at school 'cause nobody wants to listen to me. This isn't an excuss, just an explanation (unless you want to see it that way).

The main reason that I replied to this thread in the first place was because I loved this bA collection so much! I only have 5 BA models and only 12 GJs.

Re: My BA Collection

SAT's in London?

Anyway-relax. You and your chum are just making the same mistakes that most new members do. Ignore the post count. Some of our most respected members have less that 500 posts. You guys will get a lot more out of this place if you post quality over quantity. Secondly your grammar and spelling will take away from any good posts you make. Follow those simple rules and i think you guys will get as much out of this forum as many other members do,.

Good luck

Thanks (sorry for posting AGAIN)

I hope the "SATs in London?" thing was a joke! We really do have SATs in London like in Manchester and Plymouth and... well... anywhere in the UK. It's part of our National Curriculum.

Oh, well, I've been doing them since I was in Year 2 at primary school. You do them in Yr2, Yr6 and Yr9. I did my Yr9 ones in May. In Yr 11 you have GCSEs. I suppose they were brought into the UK after you left school or something.

I told them that! I said "so you wouldn't annoy anyone anymore". sorry if that quotation was inncorect but it's sort of correct. It's unecessary to edit it.

I'll tell you what everyone!

I'll create a thread that can be used for general chatting, like an instant messanger in the Squalk Talk page.

That's ok, not your fault, in fact i agree with you that both the users mentioned have on numerous occassions spoilt threads and posted aimlessly. So once i saw their names in this thread i could only see it going down hill!!
However, i hope to pick this thread up fairly soon when i will post some more A380's here as well as on the dedicated thread for those that are interested in my BA collection.

Gary, you have a VERY impressive collection of BA's. I particularly love the EMB-145 in the newer BA livery, that looks like a beautiful aircraft. Do you have a favorite in the bunch?

Thanks, yes i do have a few favourites - i think nearly all of them fall into the Landor category I would say i have to love the Landor Tristar even though i know people will crucify the BBox mould etc as this aircraft brings back some memories of spotting years ago at LHR. I love the Tristar and i love the Landor livery so the two together are perfect!! Of course we would all love a good moulded Tristar - and DC10 in Landor i suppose as i see big critisism of the GJ mould but seeing as all we have at the moment is the BBox im lovin' it!!!
Of course there is the old chestnut of why AC don't yet consider the 757 a "Classic" as a Red Tail and Landor 757 would be a dream come true!!! - A double pack like that would sell out like hot cakes i would imagine!!

Re: My BA Collection

How many are in your collection now and what is the total value? I don't want this question to be considered "a waste of time".

The collection is growing daily really with the customs being added now, i think it's around the 144 total mark with all (BEA/BOAC/BA/B Asia etc etc). This includes some of the customs - there will be another 40 odd customs added and another 40 odd regular releases over the next three months. So probably be around the 300 mark when i am somewhere near finished.
As far as value is concernced - for me it's priceless!!!!!
