They bought them at the same time as TAT and stuck them under one management. They finished operating in 2001.They also used the La Pyramide du Louvre world tail which unfortunately hasnt been done yet Cue Hugo!!
I knew i recognised it. I think i posted a few pics of it from Anet on here many years ago as a hybrid livery. Nice model.

Looking forward to seeing more pics

Is this the Louvre scheme?

Re: My BA Collection

A very impressive collection you have there. However i didnt see the BAC 1-11 in landor colours anywhere?
I prefer the landor colours but also the unionjack colours as they currently carry is also good. Are some of those B732s customs as i didnt realise they did so many.

Re: My BA Collection

IMPRESSIVE!!!! I'm not sure that there's too many models you're missing there? I didn't notice a BOAC Cunard VC10, but I might not have seen it.

fatherjack, I think the Landor BAC111 is on the 4th row, between a British Asia B744 (Landor) and a B737 in the interim Landor livery.

The whole collection is amazing, and the shelves you're displaying them on is equally impressive to be able to show off all those planes!

Thanks for sharing Gary!

Dan

Yes indeed well spotted!!! - The Landor 1-11 was a single release and i have both twin packs of the red tail British and red tail BA BAC1-11's as well to be able to have all three reg.Shame it meant having to have two of G-AVOF but i dont mind as its an excellent model.
The 732's are all regular releases via the twin pack from GJ, Olympic release and AV400 - apart from the Blue Poole which is a GJ sample!! No customs yet for them
Thanks for all the kind comments

Re: My BA Collection

Gary could you please take some more shots of the BOAC models.

That's a awesome 732 set, would the missing tails be Water Dreaming, South Africa Martha, Poppy, Netherlands, Poland, any others?

I will try and get some more photos done over the next couple of days.
As far as the 732 missing tails are concerned your list is spot on except for one you missed. Japanese Waves And Cranes - G-BDGJ

Yup missed that one.

G-BYKP also had the Japanese tail, I think she was a MAN/BHX Based, vs GJ which was LGW.

G-KILO, What a sweet model, would love one in 500.

I must be going dyslexic with my reg numbers - they were of course G-BGDJ and G-BKYP for the Waves and Cranes tails. Not sure on allocations as both their maiden flights in the Utopia colours were MAN-LIN and MAN-FRA respectively.
