Re: My BA Collection
All of them i believe!!
![]() This was a shot originally with a line up of Landor 47's. ![]() Great photoshop work though , even if two of these tails were never carried on the 47!! - (Colour Down The Side and Crossing Borders -2nd and 4th from the top) and Koguty Lowickie and Colum never appeared on a classic 747 only on 744's - (3rd from the top and at the bottom). ![]() Last edited by garyw77; 08-14-2008 at 05:11 AM. |

Re: My BA Collection
Hi Gary, just found a new livery for the BA World 'Tail' series....
.![]() I believe this one comes in 1;400 . Not sure of the manufacturer, but the mould, finish and landing gear look ok. Don't think it is on the Database, but I'm sure members will be able to source one at a future time... .Still trying to find the perfect 'World Tails' photo.

Re: My BA Collection
Hi guys',
picked up the BA Landor GJ 777-200, Reg; G-ZZZA 'Sir Frank Whittle'. Should be here in a week or so...... . Any thoughts on this one or is it just a gap filler so to speak. Seems to me like it really covers that area well ).....

A worthy and nice addition from my point of view. ![]() I really like this model, picked up a second sample version couple of weeks back so there are two in my line up now It's a Landor so you can't go far wrong!! Especially as i feel the colours were done quite well on this particular example. For me it's not just a gap filler as it sits nicely alongside the 767 Landors...awaiting patiently for the elusive 757 Landor release to join them...ahhhh one day? ![]() |

Re: My BA Collection
Did the Trident ever wear the BA Landor livery?
Landor was introduced in Dec' 1984 IIRC and the last BA 'Grippers' left in what, 85-86? The thought just struck me as I was looking at the new GJ BA Landor BAC 111... A Trident would look dead sexy in BA Landor colours... I expect it's unlikely though. |

Re: My BA Collection
I believe only a very small number ( 2?) of Tridents carried Landor, and that was purely for Cabin Crew training at Heathrow. So none ever actually flew regular services in Landor livery.
Netmodels released this model in 500, would have preferred a Red Tail...........
