Do you think I would ask here where i can get that if our hobby shop got this ? I think you missundastood me, yah shops here got low prices of DW because of unpopularity so they sell them cheap .. and the retaileroften gets new models because they can't get rid their stock ...

Well you said this was an expensive model and you said your retailer sells them between 13-20 dollars so pick up this model at your retailer for that price because I sure as hell haven't been able to find it cheaper anywhere else.

Airbus have been a leader in the use of composites in airliners and every new model or upgrade is introducing a higher proportion of composites, so really DW's use of composite metal/plastic is much more accurate
About the A318, I think it looks weird, too short and what and on the ground it'll look aweful. They are having terrible problems with the P&W engines with a lot of customers changing their orders to other A320 family jets or cancelling I think, in the fullness of time I think the A318 will be a good machine but it's having a very problematic development...

The A318 is part of the A320 family. As for that stupid P&W engine, yes this is not helping the A318.

thats a good point there, Justin. thats one of the few areas where GJ's "As real as it gets" motto doesnt ring true.

What about the model itself?

The prototype photo of the actual aircraft shows V2500 engines and taller tail. The DW release shows P&W airplane with standard height tail.
I know there are two engine options for this airplane, but what about the tail heights?

Thanks,
