Afterall, the model database is your friend and is a valuable resource, like at least 97% of the models made in the past 20 years should be in there.

The wings only flex up when the nose wheel lifts off the runway on take off. At this point the wings are now experiencing an aerodynamic load or lift and remain in the flexed position til the aircraft lands and the nose wheel touches down again.
