SkyWest Jet stolen at St. George Airport!!!
Breaking story, a man broke into a delta connection SkyWest jet at St. George Municipal Airport in Utah, attempted to take off, then chashed into the parking lot! take a look at the story: Colorado murder suspect attempts to steal plane, kills self - CBS News
I have flown these same jets into this Airport!!

Just wondering, since I see you're also a Skywest captain, do you ever remember being with this guy? Like you jumpseated with him, or vice versa?
Really a strange story...how easy it was for him to get to the plane.

No, I have never met him, but at this airport, there is way more GA than commercial, pretty much anyone could get in if they wanted to. I know at the old SGU airport I just walked in through the GA entrance and walked around the ramp, taxiways, etc. Anyone could get into these small, rural airports.

Is there like a tarp over the plane covering the letters? Because in that picture, it looks like a private jet.

Yes I think it's a cover or a tarp like you said. It is in Delta Connection colors which is in one or two pictures and the rest show it all white which looks like a cover or something.

Yes, they painted it soon after they realized it would be all over the media, delta and SkyWest don't want their logo shown on a crashed plane!

Really Strange. Stealing an aicraft is something you donīt see that often. Reminds me of this case:
