The article says it could travel from Sydney to London in 49 minutes, but could the passengers survive that long....

I think that's ridiculous that a SYD-LHR would only take 49 minutes, while getting to the airport, get out of the cab, standing on queue, check in, go trough screening, stop by duty free and wait for the aircraft for boarding, pushback and off you go, all that takes longer than 49 minutes. The day modern travel will reduce the time from stepping into the airport to boarding the aircraft, I will impressed.
