I doubt it that the plane will fly again. It depends on the extent of the repair and if it is worth the money to do it. There have been some overruns where they had to do major repairs and the plane flew later. It all depends on the damage and cost to fix it.

As for back-ups...there are two engines. If you lose them both then needless to say you must glide. As for electrical power, there is an APU which provides electrical power and air to the aircraft, and a RAT (Ram Air Turbine) which automatically drops out to power the radios and instruments, interestingly, someone had also found a photo of this RAT.
