We were at the Wings Börse DUS on Saturday May 17th and we were very happy to see all of the memebers and collectors who dropped by to see us and chat - Dutch Dave, Lollomz, British Airways, Silverbird, Ferihegy, Digital, mmu69 among others were all present and spent the day buying selling and trading models.
In case you are not familiar with the show, the Wings Börse DUS is Europe's premium models only show. there are two shows a year - May and October. The next show is October 18th and we will be there. For more information and pictures of the show, please visit the site.
We had a great show and lousy weather - but that helped as what else is there to do on a rainy Saturday?
Some of the highlights of the show were:
- Wings900 presented Herpa with a Gold Medal for their outstanding 1:500 scale Condor 757 Rizzi Bird.

- Lollomz bought his first 1:200 scale model and showed off some of his creations
- CB Customs was at the show with a spectacular display of his custom models
- Herpa was there showing off some of the upcoming models and had a few samples on display as well. you can check some of them out here.
- Gert Rosias was the happy winner of our free model giveaway. He won a 1:200 scale Herpa Lufthansa A330!
