Wings900 Introduces Premiere Model Airport Website!!! E-mail
Tuesday, 11 October 2005

Wings900 and Tushar Patel have teamed up to introduce the premier model airports website, ModelAirports.net. The website opened a few months back and was a general listing of model airports, in a few short days we coded some new software to bring users a complete airport building site. This unique site is devoted to all those collectors out there that have a model airport but simply have no online home for it. Best of all, the website is community driven, that is users have the rights to add files, write articles, and submit news! This makes the site grow faster and brings more to all model builders! Some of the features includes:

  • Your Airport Details - Enter all the information about your airport, then its available in a list for everyone to see. Includes fields for size, construction methods, airlines, flights, and more!
  • Your Airport Gallery - Host up to 5 MB of ABSOLUTELY FREE storage for your photos, that's 125 photos in laymans terms. Our system automatically compresses and resizes your images!
  • Your Airport Blog - Tell the community what new features your airport is coming up with!
  • Airport List - View all of the airports listed on the site, complete with thumbnail views!
  • Over two dozen "how-to" articles
  • Article Submissions - post how you made your airport, so you can further expand the community
  • Download Submissions - Share airport graphics, signs, GSE and more!
  • Coming soon - Model Airport News - Updated as soon as it breaks!

And much...much more!!! More importantly though this is a website brought to you by people like yourself who own model airports, whether big or small, detailed or not, we're here to help the collectorate grow in the ever expanding world of model airports. Come check it out today and register for your free airport hosting at http://www.modelairports.net/index.php
