Herpa Germanwings "Park Inn" A319-100, Thursday, 14 May 2009

It isn't too bad a model and would be worth getting to add to your German and Germanwings fleets. However, should a better version come out, I would do a swap imediately as I believe this model could have been done better.

  Herpa AeroGal 737-200 1:400, Thursday, 14 May 2009

This is a great little model. Worth a place in anyone's collection. Unfortunately, there are only two AeroGal models available at the moment, the 727-200 in 1:500 and this 737-200 in 1:400. Doesn't make much of a fleet, but I bet they would go wel together. It would also go nicely in any South American fleet and even a model airport based in South America.

  Herpa Luftwaffe C-160 1:500 (508285), Wednesday, 01 April 2009

In the last few years there have been a few Luftwaffe releases from Herpa, in the form of an A310 and a C-130. This one adds to the collection and is definately worth getting.

  Herpa - AeroGal - Boeing 727-200 - 1:500, Wednesday, 19 November 2008

Not a bad model. If you're a collector of South American airlines and you collect 1:500, definately go for this one. If you're creating a South American model airport this would be perfect as not only would it fit, but there is also a 737-300 to be had also by Herpa and in 1:500 scale.

  TUIfly.com "Leipzig/Halle" 737-300, Thursday, 25 September 2008

Herpa's still missing out very important details, especially very obvious ones, and that disappoints me. However, you can't ault that the 737-300 mould is one of their best and this model goes nicely wit TUIfly.com model previously released, to make a nice fleet.

  Air Canda A330-300, Thursday, 25 September 2008

I wouldn't say it was a great model, and I wouldn't say it was a bad model. I'd certainly have it for my collection. It would also go nicely as a start of a new fleet with the previous models and also it's sister, the 777-300ER with the same livery.

Despite the flaws, I gave these ratings because I think it's an excellent little model, great for any Germanwings fleet building, or any German aircraft building for a model airport. Most importantly though, I believe this will fit into any 1:500 collection, very well.
