One of the relatively infrequent South American releases, this GOL model is certainly very nice. GOL Transportes Aereos is a Brazilian low cost airline with a fleet of 123 737NG's, and another 108 737-800's on order. This model, PR-GTF, is in a special livery commemorating GOL Transportes Aereos's 10 years of service.

The flag carrier of Finland, Finnair has recently changed it's livery from a classy grey and cobalt blue to this new, bland, billboard of dark blue. This particular model is of Finnair's temporary Angry Birds livery.

The 31 Airbus A330s in the fleet of today’s Delta are sort of a dowry from the merger with Northwest Airlines in 2008.

After the 787 program was delayed for many years, Dreamliner deliveries are accelerating. Since the renegotiations seem to be over as well, the first 787 will shortly be in service for India’s national airline. As one of the first airlines, Air India is scheduled to receive its first of 27 ordered “Dreamliners” by the end of 2012. Noticeable are the traditional window frames.

With a total of over 100 “Triple Sevens” of various series, Emirates majorly contributed to the fact that Boeing was now able to deliver the 1000th 777, which also went to the Dubai-based airline. That particular model will be released in the future. This model, however, is one that collectors waited for for a long, long time. It has finally been released, and thankfully it has been done exquisitely well.
